Pilates for Skiers and Snowboarders - a 5 Workshop series

This workshop series will be on Sundays from 9:00am - 10:00 am on November 9, November 16, November 30, December 7, and December 14. We will help get you fit and ready for the upcoming winter season. Rob, our in-house ski instructor at Berkshire East, will guide you through movements and exercises specific to skiers of all levels using the Pilates reformer. Even if you are trying skiing for the very first time this class is for you! You’ll gain more strength, stability, flexibility, and confidence to use on the slopes.
