Pilates for Dressage Workshop with Karen LeopardiFrom the studio to the saddle, Pilates for Dressage is a proven rider training program that teaches you, the rider, how to do what you need to do to ride better. The program incorporates the classical Pilates mat repertoire with an education for the rider on seat, position and the biomechanics of riding.
The first 60 minutes will be a mat class for $30, we will take a 30 minute break for coffee, and the next 30 minutes will be for individual questions on the apparatus! The last 30 minutes are optional (but encouraged!) and $20 extra.
