This Pilates Chair course is the next step in becoming a
comprehensive Pilates teacher! This teacher training expands on your Pilates foundation and equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to confidently teach on the Pilates Chair apparatus. All courses are offered both in-person in studio or online for those based overseas. Lectures are recorded and provide a useful resource for students to review and catch up wherever need.
This course follows on from the mat repertoire and will take participants along the path of becoming a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher. Students will learn foundation, basic, and intermediate level repertoire on the Pilates Chair. Teaching skills, class design, modifications and progressions are included in the curriculum. Course assessments include homework assignments, practical evaluations, teaching assessments, in-lecture work, and case studies.
