This class focuses on Balance & Stretch, using Pilates exercises to improve our all round movement & Strength!
Without these elements our body becomes stiff, tight and achy.
So if you'd like that 'WD40' feeling, come and join this class.
This class is Face to Face, with an online, live feed option via Zoom. There is an On-Demand portal option available after the live class.
Equipment must be purchased prior to class.
Classes are paid for up front in courses.
The summer term course of 10 weeks, is £100, or for the first half of term it is a 4 week course, £44 and for the second half of term it is a 6 week course, £66.
