The first-ever Auditorium Wellness event arrives at Chicago’s legendary Auditorium offering guests the chance to usher in the new year with movement, mindfulness, and the magic of one of the nation’s most historic architectural treasures. Participants will enjoy a morning designed to nourish both body and spirit, all within the iconic glow of a national historic landmark. This all-inclusive $80 experience—complete with a branded mini resistance band in every Goodie Bag—brings together fitness, culture, and community in a way only The Auditorium can offer. ALL LEVELS WELCOME! Space is extremely LIMITED for this first-ever event. Please bring your own mat, small towel and water bottle.
The morning begins with a revitalizing immersive one-hour mat Pilates class led by renowned Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Published Author Lauren Moreno (@FearlessLivingWithLauren). Held in the breathtaking Dress Circle, the class unfolds beneath sweeping arches, gilded details, and dramatic views of The Auditorium’s famed stage. As warm light illuminates the ornate surroundings, guests will be guided through a grounding, restorative session designed to energize the body, reset the mind, and set intentions for the year ahead.
Following class, the experience continues with a curated Beyond Yoga pop-up boutique, offering apparel and accessories inspired by comfort, movement, and mindful living. Guests are then invited to enjoy a complimentary prosecco toast, juice and healthy bites from Chicago Gold Coast Health Foods, blending nourishment and indulgence as you connect with fellow participants.
Every ticket also includes a free guided tour of The Auditorium, granting rare behind-the-scenes access to its extraordinary history and architectural brilliance. From hidden passageways to design elements that helped shape modern theater, this tour deepens the appreciation for the landmark that surrounds the morning’s wellness celebration.
