This in-person event is the perfect way to connect with your body, enjoy good company and explore wellness advice to launch you into the new year. Grab your friends and get ready to stretch, strengthen, and rejuvenate your body and mind. No experience necessary, just bring yourself and your favorite pair of pajamas!

BYOM: Bring Your Own Mat-Mats will not be provided. A 1/2 inch thick exercise mat is ideal, but a yoga mat will also suffice.
