There is a parking lot behind the building. When walking from the lot to the studio, you'll see a door on the side of the building labeled 'Skincare By Wendy', and her space is located upstairs.


What is A Sound Bath?

A sound bath is an ancient meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. These sounds create soothing vibrations that promote deep relaxation, similar to meditation. Research suggests that sound baths can reduce stress and anxiety by slowing heart rate and lowering blood pressure. The frequencies used in sound healing may also synchronize brainwaves, encouraging a calm, meditative state and enhancing mental clarity. This therapeutic approach taps into the body’s natural rhythms, helping participants feel more centered, grounded, relaxed, and balanced.


What is Pilates?
