Join us in the Alamo Room for Pilates & Beer with Lisa J.!! This 45 minute mind-body class is one of the best workouts for strengthening the core and stretching tight muscles. It is followed by a 15 minute beer meditation.The class is $15 and includes a beer or cider.
No experience necessary, but a Mat is required (thicker preferred).
