Look Into Your Life Presents: Pilates and Pour!
What to Expect
Join us for a 45-minute Pilates class with Mat Certified Pilates Instructor Lauren Jones Forbes. Bring water and yoga mat, all levels are welcome!
We'll spend the afternoon discussing what it looks like to pour back into self, and explore the ways that we can be intentional and mindful of the ways in which we show up. Lauren will then lead a Pilates flow that allows attendees to unwind and move their bodies.
This event features discussion, community connection, and a full body workout. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Bring your yoga mat and water, and let's flow together!
