• Pate de Fruit made with local plums aged in Copperworks Gin
• Indi Chocolate’s Lavendar Tea paired with Copperworks Gin

Made in Washington will pair three Washington wines with their Seabear SmokeHouse Tasting Flight which includes three samples:

• Traditional Smoked Salmon with Canvas Back rose
• Halibut Mousse with a local cracker with Cavatappi Pinot Gris
• Smokehouse mixture of Smoked Salmon, Walla Walla Mustard & Mama Lil's Peppers Cavatappi Sangiovessi

At Northwest Tastings you'll enjoy Pacific Northwest bites paired with three Washington wines.

• Dill Garlic Gouda from Evergreen Creamery (Trout Lake, WA) with White Heron (Quincy, WA) Roussanne.
• Mole salami from Coro (Seattle) with White Heron Pinot Noir.
• Raspberry chocolate truffle from Schocolate (Leavenworth, WA) with White Heron Trinidad Red.

Indulge your taste buds inside Truffle Queen with three delicious tastings:

• Truffle Pate with sparkling wine
• Potato leek soup with white truffle oil with white wine
• Mini Panini Sandwich with red wine

Atrium Kitchen

Step inside the Market's Atrium Kitchen for a sweet tasting and fun take home from Chef Traci:

• PNW Apple Cider Donuts with a Sparkling Caramel-Apple Mocktini.
• Each guest also get a 2oz jar of Vanilla Bean Apple Sauce, wrapped in burlap with red & white checkered ribbon as a takeaway
