In this class you will learn the art of pierogi making from start to finish. Each student will prepare, make and package 2 dozen pierogi.

G ET EXCITED FOR PIEROGI MAKING 101!
In this class you will learn how to make pierogi from start to finish.
Dough making, filling making, pinching, boiling and packaging!
W e will make two dozen pierogi. Farmer's Cheese filling along with your own custom Potato and Cheese Filling! We will go over possible trouble shooting, food safety, pinching and crimping, boiling and packaging.
This class is for intermediate to advanced culinary explorers.
Lunch is included in this class. 3 Pierogi, Smoked Kielbasa, Onions, Kraut, Sour Cream, Mustard and Choice of Water or Pop(Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite)
THERE IS A SEVEN DAY REFUND POLICY. REFUND REQUEST WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE CLASS WILL NOT BE HONORED. CLASS TRANSFERS CAN BE REQUESTED FOR AN ADITIONAL $25 FEE.
