October 9th Wednesday @5.30 pm Pierogi class. You will learn how to make traditional potato and farmers cheese and sauerkraut &mushroom . We will teach you everything you need to know, including making the dough and the filling, proper assembling procedure, and how to cook them, and store. You will also learn how to make a caramelized onion to accompany your finished pierogi. We will show you how during this class use pierogi to eat them for breakfast, lunch or for dinner. We will share our tips, so you can create delicious breakfast pierogi, for lunch or for dinner.
All pierogi you will make during a class you will take home. Our class includes also 2 glasses of wine and special pierogi dinner.
