• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Prices are subject to change while supplies last. There is NO OPEN Bar.
• Age Requirement: Must be 21+ to participate.
• Parking: Arrive early – parking lot available by Broadway & Harbor and Ash & Harbor. Walking distance from many hotels: Wyndham, Grand Hyatt, Marriott Marquis, Days Inn and more...
• Dress Code: Costumes are not required but strongly encouraged. All masks will need to be removed prior to entering for your ID verification.
• No weapons will be tolerated including toy: swords, knifes and/or guns regardless if they do not appear to be real or not. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or confiscate any props to a costume that may deem inappropriate or dangerous.
• Bag Requirements: The only permitted bags that are allowed onboard the vessel must meet the following requirements: All bags must be completely clear and no larger than 6 inches long and 5 inches tall. Any other bags or purses will not be allowed onboard.
• Covid-19 Protocol (if any at all) For All Guests will be announced closer to the event date, and will be based on current CDC Guideline and City of San Diego's protocols to party safely and responsibly. If the event is canceled due to Covid-19, you'll be refunded.
