Join us for a powerful, hands-on experience where you’ll physically break what no longer serves you—and transform it into clarity and intention for what’s next.We’ll start by smashing symbolic items tied to 2025 (stress, regrets, bad habits, emotional clutter).

Plates and Sharpies will be provided so you can write down what you’re ready to release from 2025 before smashing it. Then you’ll shift gears and create a 2026 goal board, turning broken pieces into purpose, focus, and momentum.This is part release, part reset, part motivation—and 100% cathartic.
