In this hands-on class, you'll craft flaky crusts and silky custard filling, then bake your creations to golden perfection. Suitable for all skill levels, you'll leave with a 5” freshly baked pie ready to be enjoyed with your loved ones.

Shayda Bahrami is an experienced chef and passionate instructor, bringing her lifetime of culinary expertise to the classroom, with a background in fine dining and a rich Iranian heritage. Shayda's teaching style, infused with stories from her culinary adventures, will guide you through a world of flavors and techniques.

The recipe contains eggs, gluten, and dairy. Please note that at this time, we are unable to accommodate specific dietary restrictions or allergies.

​​All tools and supplies will be provided for you during class. Please bring an apron if you’d like to protect your clothes from flour and butter.

​​MINIMUM AGE: Our in-person classes are intended for students aged 18 and older.

This ticket is non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to a friend or family member and inform us of their name.
