Pastry instructor Gina Guth shares the tricks and easy method for creating a flaky pie crust. In this hands on class you will learn how to mix using either shortening or lard, how to roll with ease and transfer to a pie pan.
Gina will demonstrate how to flute the pie with special tools or by hand the old fashioned way.
The $45 cost includes the lesson, recipe, and ingredients to make 2 pie crusts. Take the crusts home to fill and bake at your convenience or freeze for later use.
