Picture This: A Day of Connecting Through Art

This is a day to slow down and be together. Healing through art does not mean making something beautiful or impressive. It means using your hands, your time, and your presence in whatever way feels right for you. You might paint. You might make a gratitude jar. You might sit quietly and take it all in. All of it belongs here.

This gathering takes place during National Eating Disorder Awareness Month and honors the many invisible struggles people carry, often without recognition, resources, or support.

Because grief and healing are exhausting, this event is free to attend thanks to the support of Hotel Indigo Traverse City, ABC Warehouse, and BMOR Offshore Racing.

One guest will receive a microwave through our raffle, generously donated by Traverse City ABC Warehouse, offered in recognition that daily tasks like cooking and meal planning can feel especially heavy when you’re carrying a lot. Raffle tickets will be available by donation.
