DH Farmstead and Petty Betty Treats Presents PickleStock 2025!
Vendor Registration and Information!
Thank you for your interest in PickleStock 2025.
This event will be held on September 13, 2025 at the Warren County Fairgrounds in Front Royal, Va. 22630.
The event will feature a variety of Artisan Vendors, music, contests, food trucks and pickles!
The event is FREE to the public and will be open from 10a to 6p.
Please, NO PETS. All service animals welcome.
Vendor Registration:
Pickle & Artisan Vendors: $75
Food Vendor: $150
Non-profit organizations: FREE
Event Partner Information:
Interested in being a Vendor? Complete the registration (payment) and/or email [email protected] for vendor requirements and/or more information. Your payment is considered your registration. We will contact you once your registration is complete.

Beer Garden: Host and/or collaborate with other Beer Garden host(s) to create a welcoming environment for an adult beverage. Includes marketing on social media, signage for Beer Garden and event t-shirts.
Gold Event Partner: Host and/or collaborate with other host(s) to create a welcoming environment for a free to the public event. May include hosting a Petty Stage, Kids ZONE, event contest, special guests for entertainment, marketing on social media, signage, event t-shirts, radio, and/or other public marketing outlets such as newspaper, Podcasts and more.

Vendor Information:
Vendor Responsibility: THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT.
Set up begins at 8a and ready to operate by 10am. All Vendors are expected to remain open to the public until 6pm. Clean up begins promptly at 6p. All Vendors are expected to clean up all equipment, materials and trash from the rental space before checking out.
Vendors must supply their own equipment (examples: tents, chairs, tables, lights, etc.).
ALL TENTS MUST BE WEIGHED DOWN!!! Tents must be weighed down with at least two standard tent weights on each leg. NO STAKES. This is the responsibility of the vendor. All tents must be properly weighted down at all times. Thank you.
Vendors are responsible for keeping spaces clean, free of obstruction, free of trash during and after the event.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining and complying with the state and local health department and licensing regulations governing the production and sale of their products. Vendors are responsible for obtaining and holding a current business license and/or insurance. If applicable, vendors are responsible for reporting and collecting all state and local sales, meals and other required tax. Petty Betty Treats, LLC and its partners do not represent the Vendors and their responsibilities.
Access to public water and electricity is not guaranteed.

All Refund Request should be sent to [email protected], Attn. Refund Request. Please include your first and last name, contact information, business name and registration ticket number.
No refunds after August 15, 2025.
PickleStock partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors, sponsors, and/or volunteers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury that PickleStock Vendors or any PickleStock participant may suffer as a result of their participation in PickleStock.
PickleStock partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors, sponsors, and/or volunteers do not guarantee community and/or public attendee participation on the day of PickleStock.
PickleStock partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors, sponsors, and/or volunteers are not liable for any loss of expenses that PickleStock Vendors or any PickleStock participant may suffer or incur as a result of their participation in PickleStock.
