Get ready to dive into the sport that the whole world is raving about! Join us for an exhilarating session of Pickleball – a perfect blend of cardio, fun, and flexibility.102 LEVEL
Have you played Pickleball before but still don't have the volleys and dinks down? You're in the right place! This event is designed specifically for those who have played a bit before and want to hone their skills.

Highlights:
We will practice the following elements:
-serving and serve return
-volleys & dinks
-forehand & backhand
-doubles game rules (we'll play a doubles game)
Class 102 Pre-requisites:
We don't expect you to be an advanced player but you should be able to serve a ball and return a serve (more often than not! :) )
- FREE for LBBC Members (RSVP thru class schedule like for a regular class) , $10 for non-members
- Paddles, balls and nets provided – Just bring yourself!
- Workout attire is a must, bring water & something to sit on
