Learn to transform your fresh veggies into tasty pickles! In this workshop, we’ll make both fermented (lacto-fermented) and quick (non-fermented) pickles using simple, everyday ingredients. A perfect way to use up extra seasonal produce and add flavour to your meals.
This season we will also be taking advantage of our own Strathdon zucchinis, perfect for bread and butter pickle!
