The Story Behind Pickle de MayoPickleball is the fastest-growing sport in the world, and as we watched its popularity skyrocket, the four of us—Kaleo, Wilmar, Edwin, and Eric—knew we needed to create something special for our real estate community and industry partners. What better way to bring everyone together than by staging a few friendly, yet fiercely competitive, matches of pickleball?
From the very beginning, our goal has been to build more than just a tournament—we’re creating a tradition. Pickle de Mayo is here to stay, and with next year falling on a Tuesday (yes, Pickle de Mayo on Taco Tuesday—just imagine the possibilities), we’re already thinking bigger and better.
We’ve been hard at work to make this the premier pickleball event in the 757, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you all to an incredible day of competition, camaraderie, and charity. Let’s make history—one dink at a time!
Pickle de Mayo – Charity Pickleball Tournament

Get ready for an unforgettable Cinco de Mayo celebration—pickleball style! Pickle de Mayo is a coed mixed doubles tournament where each team plays for the charity of their choice. Compete, have fun, and make a difference!
🔹 Tournament Format
8-player teams (coed, doubles only)
Two skill divisions:
Dinkers (Beginners/Intermediate)
Bangers (Intermediate/Advanced)
Each team must have at least one female mixed or doubles team in each bracket.
No sandbagging—elite players, stay in your lane!
Fast-paced matches: 15-minute time cap per game.
🏆 Prizes
Top 3 teams in each bracket win a share of the prize pool.
Winnings will go directly to the winning team’s chosen charity!
🍽️ Food & Drinks
Registered players: Enjoy complimentary food trucks, beer, wine, soda, and water.
Spectators: Food & drinks will be available for purchase.
🎶 Entertainment & More
DJ spinning tunes all day.
Sponsor challenges & giveaways throughout the event.
