Pick the next great Scottish drama!

Between 29 May-1 June, a series of events that could only be attempted in Glasgow will launch 50+ drama and comedy-drama series upon the world. You, the great Glasgow public will get to decide what goes forward into production.

Six scenes will be performed and shot live by some of Scotland's greatest actors: a bit like an open mic night, but for TV drama, hosted by Carol Smillie. Come along and check them out, have your say and vote for those you think should make it onto your screens...

Cast includes Joe McFadden, Shauna Macdonald, Cal MacAninch, Robin Laing, Maureen Beattie and Kim Allan, performing scenes by up and coming writing talent.

You'll also get to see the top performing One Minute Pilots from the festival and vote in the final round of what should go forward into production.

Over four days, a series of unique events that could only be attempted in Glasgow will launch over a dozen potential TV dramas and comedy dramas upon the world. They’re bold and exciting and nothing like the Scottish content we typically see being commissioned. We’re going to saturate the city with stories and storytelling talent, and turn over to the audience to tell us which series they want to hear more from.

The idea is to prove, without a shadow of a doubt, that the talent pool up here is plenty exciting to sustain a thriving TV and film scene, and to introduce an entirely new format of screen storytelling which be gamechanging for the global industry…
