We invite you to another exiting wine event "Piattelli Wine Dinner". This time, you'll enjoy an exclusive 5-course pairing dinner at Pane e Vino, including an array of surprises such as raffles, live music.Additionally, guests will enjoy five top-notch boutique Argentine wines carefully selected by our sommelier and General Manager Jorge Rosales Jr, paired with five exquisite dishes masterfully created by Pane e Vino Executive Chef Alberto Baffoni.
It will be a fun and educational evening as we have the privilege to host a visit of Tessa Butterfield, South & Mid West US Regional Manager of Piattelli Vineyards who will be on site to educate guests and answer any questions.
“Tessa’s passion for wine begins with her love for agronomy and agriculture. She received her bachelor's degree in 2007 from Tarleton State University where she studied biology and chemistry. Her passion really blossomed when she got her first wine job in 2011, where she managed a tasting room, as well as assisted the winemaker in the winery. She enjoys showcasing different varietals growing in varying terriors and climates, and then stylistic differences in the winery. She continues to expand her hospitality skills and wine education through various certifications in the Court of Master Sommeliers and Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Tessa is an Argentina Wine Specialist, as well as a Certified Specialist of Texas Wine and continues to regularly meet with winery and vineyard owners to discuss current industry issues. She believes in the quality, consistency, and price point of South American wines and can’t wait for the world to fall in love with Malbec and Argentinian wines!”
