Uri Caine’s music is a fusion of diverse influences blending his Jewish heritage classical and jazz training and fascination with electronics to create innovative and challenging compositions. Caine’s impressive career includes commissions from prestigious ensembles and orchestras such as the American Composers Orchestra and The Beaux Arts Trio. His recent orchestral work “Sunburst” debuted in Palermo Sicily in 2016. He’s a recipient of grants from institutions like the National Endowment for the Arts and has graced stages at renowned festivals worldwide.
