MUDDY PAWS CHEESECAKE CELEBRATES 30 YEARS ON PI DAY

Tuesday, March 14th, St Louis Park based cheesecake bakery Muddy Paws

Cheesecake will celebrate their 30th Year in Business and Pi “π” Day. In line with numbers that follow

the decimal point — 3.14 — slices will be $3.14 all day. The best number is 30 years in MN though!

What makes cheesecake the best fitting “Pie” to celebrate the day with? Cheesecake origins go back

over 4000 years in ancient Greece! It was considered to be a good source of energy and was served to

athletes during the first Olympic Games in 776 B.C. Greek brides and grooms were also known for

cheesecake as it was the first ever wedding cake. And weddings are one of Muddy Paws Cheesecakes

biggest markets.

About the Celebration | Starting at 11a.m., Muddy Paws Cheesecake will host the celebration at their

bakery. They will sell slices, in 24 flavors, for $3.14 11am until 7pm on the 14th. Another PI, Brick Oven

Pizza Truck, along with Chili Lime Food Truck will be at the celebration 11a-7p too. And the 30th

Anniversary & PI DAY party will have live music from 11a-7p. Three acts, Acoustic Tom, Courtney

Yasmineh, and Two Men & A Piano will perform.

Attendees may bring a chair and stay to listen, while
they eat. Gluten free & vegan options will be available.
