For $15.00 athletes will obtain a Sport Physical and
Banner HPC Functional Performance Test
• Experience the same testing that professional athletes use to customize their training
• Utilize state of the art biomechanics technology to understand key performance indicators of your human movement and performance
• Receive a personalized digital corrective exercise program designed to help prevent injury and enhance performance
How do I register?
1. Schedule a Pre-Participation Sports Physical using the registration link
