Special Homecoming for Wilmington Native and Salesianum Graduate, Producer Raymond LambertThe event will feature the award-winning documentary which chronicles the iconic comedy club All Jokes Aside and its role in
providing an early platform for numerous legends, including Steve Harvey, Cedric The Entertainer, Jamie Foxx, DL Hughley, Mo’Nique, Chris Rock, Mike Epps, Deon Cole, JB Smoove, Sheryl Underwood, Dave Chappelle, and the late Bernie Mac.
Following the screening, Raymond, the film’s producer and the club's visionary founder will participate in a live Q&A session and present his “Mic and a Stool Collective” a re-imagination of All Jokes Aside as a not-for-profit, that seeks to use comedy as a tool
for education, empowerment, and engagement.
