PHSA End-of-Year Gala

PHSA is eager to invite you to Midnight Memories, this year’s gala, a celebration to cap off this academic year in style ??. All Public Health students and plus ones are welcome to attend.

? Appetizers, dinner & dessert are included with your ticket.
?? The dress code for the gala is semi-formal/formal. Come dressed in ?? Midnight Colours ?? - think blue, black, white, gold, and silver!

We will have a Photobooth ?, DJ & Dance Floor ??, and Raffle Prizes ? during the event open for all attendees.

? Raffle Prizes will be announced closer to the event date.

Ticketing Information:

• Only 200 tickets are available for sale.
• Early bird tickets will go on sale for $55 starting Wed, Mar 27 @ 6 PM until April 8th @ 11:59 PM.
• General admission tickets will be priced at $65 starting April 9th @ 12 AM until April 15th @ 11:59 PM.

Payment Instructions:

• Please ensure you send your e-transfer payment while checking out, as per the order form instructions. Your registration will be considered invalid if your e-transfer is not received within 24 hours of your registration on Eventbrite.
• Once we receive your e-transfer, we will send a confirmation email that your payment was received and your registration has been validated. We will notify you by email if we do not receive your e-transfer within 24 hours of your registration on Eventbrite and that your registration has been invalidated.
