About this Event
This hands-on photography workshop is designed for anyone who wants to take better photos—whether you are a beginner, a hobbyist, or a working creative.
Over 2–3 hours, you will learn practical photography principles that actually improve your images, not theory or gear talk. The workshop will be led by two professional photographers who will teach how they shoot in real-world environments and coach participants live.
Trainers:
• Carlos Gonzales (@unocincoxv) – Event Photographer
• Crystal Nalowa (@stillvoicemedia) – Portrait and Event Photographer
You will learn:
• How to use light to instantly improve your photos
• How to compose images that feel intentional and professional
• How to photograph people, moments, and movement
• How to shoot in challenging environments, including low light
• How to edit and evaluate photos with a professional eye
This workshop includes live shooting stations, real-time coaching, and a guided photo critique session.
No prior photography experience is required. Bring any camera or smartphone.
This event is open to the public and is hosted at a church location, but the content is practical and accessible for anyone interested in photography.
Seats are limited. Registration is required.
