What makes a photograph truly captivating? In this 4 hour workshop (3-4pm daily) we will explore the elements of effective photography -- it is not about the camera! The skill of the photographer behind the lens makes all the difference. Any photo-taking device will work for this workshop (phone, camera, ipad, etc.), and students are invited to use the instructor's equipment if they do not have access to any device that takes photos. Each day we will cover a new subtopic: Intro/Nature, Animals, Humans, Action/Events. Students will leave this workshop with a new eye for photography and capturing better photos in their day to day lives. Students will also take home professional prints of their work and a print photo book (included in the cost of registration), and have access to our digital online photo album.
