Photography for Beginners at The Still Room
About this Event
Sunday Morning Photography Workshop
A lively, taught photography session each month for anyone who wants to get more out of their camera or camera phone. Bring your own camera or just use your mobile, whichever you’ve got.
Each month has a different focus or type of photography, so no two sessions are the same. Drop in for one, or come along to the whole series.
No experience needed. Come along, try things out and see what you can capture, working with the incredible light of The Still Room.
Sessions cover the basics: light, composition, angles and simple editing, with plenty of time to practise and try things out. You’ll leave with new skills, a few favourite shots and the confidence to keep experimenting on your own.
What to expect
• A welcoming facilitator and group
• A calm, light-filled studio environment with beautiful morning light
• The flexibility to attend individual sessions rather than a course
• Hot drinks available throughout the session
Participants must be aged 18 or over.
The Still Room is part of Sawtooth Studios Ltd, a Norwich-based creative company developing thoughtful cultural activity and collaborative spaces in the East of England.
Ticket prices include VAT.
