Photography & Yoga Day Retreat (London)
A day full of creativity, expression, self reflection and movement. This retreat blends the two arts of Photography and Yoga to create space for both inward reflection and outward expression. A day designed to help you find your creative voice, experiment with styles and take up space… oh, and meet other incredible girls on the same journey!

9:30 AM – 10:00 AM Arrival & Welcome Circle (with snacks)
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Morning Vinyasa Flow: “Wake up The Muse”
11:15 AM – 1:00 PM Creative Portrait Photography Session
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Lunch Break (included)
2:15 PM – 2:30 PM Guided Meditation & Breathwork: “Regroup and Ready”
2:30 PM – 4:00 PM Photography Session 2: Self-Portrait / 1:1 Partner Session
4:15 PM – 5:00 PM Closing Yin Yoga: “Settle Into Stillness”
5:00 PM – 5:30 PM Closing Circle & Reflection
