WHAT'S IT ABOUT?
Learn about the technique of photogrammetry using archaeological artefacts. Participants will learn how to record artefacts using photogrammetry and how to create a 3D model of these artefacts. Participants will gain practical experience of taking photos of an artefact and using Agisoft Metashape to create a 3D model.
WHO'S IT FOR?
Anyone who is interested in learning the latest techniques of recording artefacts and creating 3D models. This course is relevant to divers and non-divers.
PRE-REQUISITES
Participants must complete the eLearning theory beforehand. It is an extra £50 to purchase it from here https://moodle.nauticalarchaeologysociety.org/
5 NAS Credits will be awarded to NAS members to go towards their NAS Certificate or Award.
