Nicho1 & Brr the Beat Maker feat. DJ FMD:
Aarhus-based rapper Nicho1 and Icelandic producer/rapper Brr the Beat Maker have joined forces in a Danish/Icelandic hip hop project where languages, moods and expressions merge.
Abstract and humorous lyrics flow freely over acid lo-fi productions. Danish and Icelandic blend effortlessly in a project that – in the spirit of hip hop – is based entirely on the language of creativity.
Live, the duo offers samples from their upcoming mini-album IsDansk, which will be released on 26 March. Both on the album and on stage, Nicho1 & Brr the Beatmaker are flanked by Aarhus' own DJ FMD, whose cuts play a central role in the project's sound and energy.
