Phoenix Rising returns on Sept 3-7 (Labor Day Weekend) as a 5 day camping event from Thurs-Monday at our usual site at San Lorenzo County Park in King City, CA!

Our theme encourages you to look back over the last 25 years of Belegarth and anime. Dig out your old garb or get inspired by your favorite classic anime! Medieval kits and cosplay are welcome.
Phoenix Rising will be implementing a slightly modified version of the Belegarth ruleset to promote crossgaming! These changes will be posted below. We will also have limited loaner gear for new fighters and crossgamers.

Belegarth BoW Rule Changes for this Event:
Removal of 4.9.5.6. The maximum overall length of a flail is forty (40) inches (101.6 cm).
Only for Class 1 Swords (not flails) Removal of 4.9.1.2. A Class 1 weapon twenty-four (24) inches (60.96 cm) in length or longer must weigh a minimum of twelve (12) ounces (340.2 g).
TLDR: Single sword under 48 inches has no minimum weight, and flails have no maximum length.
