1:30pm-3:00pm - Supplier arrival and setup.

3:00pm-3:30pm - Meeting Planner arrival & reception while enjoying light appetizers & champagne for the welcome toast. Show participants may peruse the Charity Silent Auction, while casually meeting with the attending hotels/resorts/destinations and networking with industry friends & colleagues. Our charity is Sleep in Heavenly Peace (www.shpbeds.org).

3:30pm-3:45pm - Introduction to Luxury Meetings LIVE. The General Manager of the hotel addresses the group. Introduction of the charity recipient, Sleep in Heavenly Peace 501(c)(3)

3:45pm-5:30pm - Speed Meetings™ between Meeting Buyers & Hoteliers/Suppliers. Reception w/ heavy hors d’oeuvres, and open bar. This time allows for networking between meeting planners & attending hotels & resorts

5:00pm - 5:15pm - Announcement of how much money was raised for charity via the silent auction and raffle of prizes to the attending hoteliers.

5:30pm - Attendee departure

As Luxury Meetings resumes in-person meetings amidst the waning days of this global pandemic, we recognize the need to implement the latest safety protocols. To operate our Luxury Meetings LIVE events responsibly, it is vital that we take every action to make our participants, suppliers, and staff feel comfortable with the precautionary actions that we've implemented. Luxury Meetings will be going beyond the basics of social distancing, mask-wearing, and frequent hand sanitization. There is a myriad of considerations and resources which we and our host venues have explored and will employ to provide a comfortable and effective environment for networking in person that is as safe as possible.
