What’s better than a bunch of Phoenix writers ? and illustrators ✍? getting together to create their art and hone their writing craft in a super cool art deco hotel in downtown Phoenix?Having a draft beer or cocktail to go with it!
Join us for three hours and get your creative fix. All levels of experience welcome.
This is the PERFECT OPPORTUNITY to meet other local artists in a casual setting at a memorable location. Bring your iPad, sketchbook, laptop, whatever.
PLAN ON...
Buying a drink from the bar or donating a few dollars towards the hotel letting us crash their pad. (There's usually only one bartender and we use it to tip her ?!)
Phoenix Draft ’n Draw was CREATED BY author & ghostwriter, Joey Robert Parks (Joseph) and is co-hosted by illustrator extraordinaire, Kat Fiscaletti.
CAN'T MAKE IT?
Check out Phoenix Drink & Draw (on Meetup) hosted by Emily Nelson and Jacob Gross on the 3rd Monday of every month! We love’d what they were doing so much, we decided to add writers to the mix and give everyone a second monthly opportunity to do the same.
PARKING
There isn't a dedicated place to park for the hotel, other than valet. Consider carpooling, taking the light rail (the stop is only a block away), or the regular metered paid parking spots around the area.
