Things are heating up at Phoenix City Grille in celebration of Valentine’s Day! On Saturday, Feb. 14, diners are invited to indulge in an exclusive prix fixe three-course menu. This memorable meal features the following selections:

First course, choice of one:

New England Clam Chowder

Roasted Corn Soup with poblano relish

Brie Cheese Dip — Brie, roasted peppers, toasted almonds and grape-balsamic reduction

Baby Gem Salad — McClendon farms select, candied walnuts, sundried strawberries, smoked blue cheese crumbles, bourbon glaze pears and balsamic reduction

Second course, choice of one:

Wood-Grilled Coffee Crusted Beef Tenderloin with wild mushroom demiglace, parsnip-leek puree, caramelized Cipollini onions and crispy leeks. Add sautéed shrimp for an additional $10

Bourbon-Braised Short Rib with creamy polenta, roasted butternut squash, pomegranate reduction and rosemary

Vanilla-Brined Pork Chop with celery puree, black garlic demiglace and apple-kale slaw

Vegetarian Pasta Primavera — Pappardelle pasta, sauteed zucchini, spinach, tomatoes, Romano cheese and herb pesto cream with the choice to add chicken or shrimp.

Pan Seared Blue Nose Bass with Italian salsa verde, sweet corn risotto, roasted acorn squash, frisée salad and basil oil

Rose Lane Chicken — Pan-roasted skin-on chicken breast with tarragon pan jus, Yukon Gold smashed potatoes and roasted carrots
