A stunning juxtaposition of baroque and contemporary music that explores power and what we do with it, in Handel’s virtuosic Dixit Dominus and Sarah Kirkland Snider’s contemporary classical masterpiece Mass for the Endangered. For the first time, the Chorale hosts a two-night, immersive music-making experience at Phoenix Art Museum, performing with chamber orchestra and animated art projections by Deborah Johnson/@Candystations.BONUS! ASU Concert Choir, led by Dr Jace Kaholokula Saplan, will create a musical welcome for the audience at this performance ONLY.
Cash bar will be available from 6:30pm, at intermission, and after the performance on the patio.
