From trumpeter Duane Smith and his visionary Quartet to vocalist Tierney Sutton to the very funky and legendary Headhunters to the explosive pianist Justin Kauflin, the Phoebus Jazz Festival is a "MUST-SEE event" for jazz aficionados and beyond! Presented by Hampton Roads Jazz.
