PHMC's ChildLink program is looking for qualified early intervention service coordinators to join our caring team and help children from birth to age 3 with special needs or developmental delays access early intervention services in Philadelphia.

• Arranging initial evaluations to determine if a child is eligible for early intervention services
• Developing plans to meet the unique needs of children and their families
• Coordinating needed services and supports
• Helping families navigate the early intervention system

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, including 12+ college credits in social sciences or related fields such as early intervention, early childhood education, child development, special education, family counseling, family studies, social welfare, psychology, or similar

1+ years of experience working with or providing services to children, families, or individuals with disabilities required

Preferred Attributes:

• Ability to speak and write in Spanish and/or other languages
• Ability to use American Sign Language (ASL)
• Skills related to cultural or adaptive areas
• Experience working in home and community settings
• Experience facilitating meetings and working in groups
