Phlebotomy & EKG Registration

Join us in person on September 14th at 4:00 PM at 2015 26th Ave N, Birmingham, AL 35234 to register for our Phlebotomy & EKG combo program, ask questions, and receive important information about starting your training. Registration does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

Please note: The day and time of the Registration & Information Session reflects the regular meeting day and time for this class. (Evening-M/W)

🎟️ One ticket per person is required for entry. Each participant is allowed one ticket for one class only.

⚠️ Required for registration:
Attendees must bring a valid ID, Social Security card, and proof of education (high school diploma, GED, transcripts, etc.). These documents are mandatory to complete registration.
