About The Porter House KC:
The Porter House KC (PHKC) is a Kansas City-based entrepreneurship support organization committed to serving as a bridge between underrepresented entrepreneurs and the resources, networks, and spaces they need to stabilize, strengthen, and sustain. Founded in 2017, PHKC operates at the intersection of education, access, and space - supporting the 'non-traditional' entrepreneur through its cohort-based Small Business Development Program and the 811 Retail Incubator at 811 E 31st Street - a low-barrier, brick-and-mortar launchpad designed to give emerging main-street businesses in Kansas City's urban core a place to grow, fail fast, and rebound.
