Just in time for Philly to host MLB All-Star Week, we’re celebrating too during Philly’s Got Game Fountain Fest Weekend at Longwood Gardens. ⚾✨
Enjoy a summer weekend inspired by the energy, spirit, and traditions of Philadelphia sports, complete with three nights of our all-new Take Me Out to the Ballgame Illuminated Fountain Performance.
Throughout the weekend, explore Peirce’s Park during guided Spotlight Tours celebrating the heritage of Longwood Gardens and the stewardship of our tree collection, join a bird-focused Meadow tour with our volunteer birders, climb the Chimes Tower, enjoy family activities, and take in live music in the Beer Garden before the fountains begin.
Weekend highlights include:
🌳 Spotlight Tours (4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 7:00 pm)
Explore Peirce’s Park and learn about the history of Longwood Gardens and the continued care of our tree collection.
🦅 Go Birds! Meadow Tours (4:00–6:00 pm)
Enjoy a bird-focused walk through the Meadow Garden with Longwood’s birding volunteers.
🔔 Open Chimes Tower Hours (5:00–8:00 pm)
Climb to the top of the Chimes Tower for views of the surrounding landscape and Longwood’s 62-bell carillon.
🎨 Family Activities (6:00–8:00 pm)
Enjoy themed family activities at the Topiary Garden Entrance.
🎶 Live Music in the Beer Garden (6:00–8:45 pm)
