Philly Fitness Pride Kickoff powered by lululemon, June 6th and 7th, is a city wide fundraiser across 20 different group fitness studios all raising funds for the Mazzoni Center, an LGBTQ+ health and wellness organization in Philadelphia. Get ready to sweat it out with our amazing instructors while connecting in community for a great cause. Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just starting your fitness journey, this event is for everyone! Come show your pride, break a sweat, and support a local organization focused on supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
One person at each event location will be entered to receive an outfit gifted by lululemon.
*Note: If you would like to workout on your own, there is an option to "purchase" a "workout on your own" ticket as well and have your money still go towards the Mazzoni Center.

This event is open to both Requisite members and the wider Philly community. Non‑members are welcome and will get the full Requisite experience: expert coaching, an inclusive environment, and a workout that meets you exactly where you are.

Info: OpenBox Athletics’s class will be a complete functional workout program that incorporates aspects of cardiovascular and strength training. The class will promote strength, endurance, speed, and agility. Class will start with a detailed warmup that will prime you for the strength and metabolic conditioning (Metcon) workouts. OpenBox classes cater to individuals of all fitness levels and movements are scaled to each individual’s capabilities. We will meet you where you are when you walk through our doors and make sure you get an excellent workout that fits the intent every day.

Info: New riders are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class so we can get you properly set up on your bike. Shoes and towels are provided with the event. Our bikes support both SPD and Delta clips if you have your own shoes!

Info: This 60 minute class will be taking place In Flow’s Old City location — 112 N 2nd. St. We supply all yoga mats and props. Victoria will be offering our signature Flow class, a more relaxed, yet strong vinyasa inspired practice that builds strength and focus. Expect more releases, steady pacing, and mindful breathwork. Open to all levels.

Info: Come join us for an FS8 Ignite class with a glutes and core focus. FS8 Ignite is our strength-focused Pilates format that combines both mat and reformer work, with an extra emphasis on building strength through more powerful and athletic movements. Info: Barry’s is a 50 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) class with four rounds, splitting time between weights on the floor (Lift) and the treadmill (Run). Each day at Barry’s targets a specific body focus. Since this class lands on a Saturday, expect the weight exercises to target mostly your upper body.

Expect a breath-based heated flow that begins with grounding movement and builds into an invigorating full-body practice with opportunities for strength, balance, mobility, and endurance, followed by a slow wind-down and final rest.
