Philippine Specialty Arabica & Fine Robusta Coffee Tasting at SCA Expo 2022

Please join CQI and program partner ACDI/VOCA to sample the best arabica and robusta coffees from the Philippine’s 2021-2022 harvest. These coffees feature the top 6 arabica and 6 robusta PCQC winners as selected by a panel of local judges and international judges appointed by CQI.

After a two-year hiatus, this year's competition was held in-person in Davao City, where international and local judges selected the winners.  Collectively, the Philippines has been working hard over the last decade to improve their coffee quality, support their farms and spread the joy of drinking coffee produced in this diverse and fascinating country.

Come meet some of the people who have dedicated their lives to improving not only the quality of coffee from this unique origin, but also advocating for Philippine coffee producers. These winning coffees will be available to purchase through an on-line on auction, which will be held in April 23, 2022.

The top 6 arabica and 6 robusta PCQC winners will be brewed and available to taste during this event. This tasting event will be limited to 24 people.

Results and impact – total exports of Philippine coffee to the world market have increased by 15% form 2018-2020.
