If you work, invest, or do any kind of real estate business in or around Philadelphia then this is an event not to miss!

At this event you will grab drinks and network with investors, private/hard money lenders, real estate agents, developers, bridge lenders, wholesalers, lawyers, contractors and etc.

ATMOSPHERE:

- The dress code is Business Casual.

- Make sure you bring enough business cards.

TIME IS PRECIOUS:

Event is from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Please make an effort to come on time so everyone benefits but feel free to stay as long as you like.

21+ EVENT:

You must have ID to get in. If you have a coat or a bag you must check it with the venue as security is very strict.

DRINKS:

Because the venue is turning away business to allow us to host our event, all our networking events will now require a "2 drink minimum."

ADMISSION:

Our average event attendance is 100 people. RSVP for the event before we max out!

- FREE for the first 100 people that RSVP

- $20 for everyone there after
