About this Event
Join us on Thursday, February 26, 2026, for the third annual Philadelphia Real Estate Symposium, hosted by The Real Estate Show’s Patrick Lopez, GPAR CEO Kate Berard and Wolf of Broad Street's Josh Buchter. From 9 AM to 1 PM at Penns Landing Caterers (1301 S. Christopher Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, PA), hundreds of real estate professionals will gather for an energizing morning of market insights, policy discussions and networking. Over the last two years these gatherings have brought industry leaders together to address challenges like low inventory, high interest rates and legal changes. In 2026 we’re doubling down on that mission by examining what’s next for Philadelphia housing, development and policy.
Expect a dynamic agenda with morning and afternoon keynotes from Kevin Curran (Senior Regional Economic Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia) and Angela Brooks (Chief Housing and Urban Development Officer for the City of Philadelphia). There will also be a GPAR “State of the Movement” update from CEO Kate Berard, President Jacob R. Markovitz and Treasurer Katey McGrath. Several panels will explore affordability, housing policy, development and success strategies. The Affordability Forum brings together leaders from Convergence Philadelphia, the Urban League of Philadelphia and the Urban Affairs Coalition. The Housing Policy and Development Panel features leaders from the Mortgage Bankers Association of Eastern PA and local developer and community leader Dan Harvey with DTRM Construction. In the Top Producers Roundtable high performing agents will share actionable tactics. A vendor expo runs throughout the morning offering resources and new partnerships. We provide free parking, refreshments and ample time to network.
Tickets are $10, and in keeping with the community-focused spirit of the symposium the entire $10 from each ticket will be donated to The Bethesda Project, a nonprofit serving Philadelphia’s homeless population. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today and be part of the conversation shaping the future of Philadelphia real estate.
