Your night starts at the official check-in venue, where you’ll show your ticket and receive your wristband pass. After that, you’re free to enjoy the featured crawl stop before heading to the final venue, where the biggest Pride party of the night goes down.

Your wristband pass is required to take part in the crawl and must be picked up at the starting venue during check-in hours. If you miss the check-in window, you may not be able to join the event, so arriving on time is important. After receiving your wristband, keep it on for the full duration of the crawl.

Celebrate Pride responsibly and plan your ride home in advance. Do not drink and drive. Use Uber, Lyft, a taxi, public transit, or a designated driver so you can enjoy the night safely.

Expect DJs, busy bars, bold outfits, cocktails, and a crowd that came to celebrate. Whether you’re LGBTQ+ or an ally, this is your chance to be part of one of Philadelphia’s biggest party weekends.

Your ticket includes entry to the Philadelphia Pride Bar Crawl, no cover at participating venues during crawl hours, an official Pride 2026 wristband pass, access to the digital crawl map, live DJs throughout the night, and admission to the final venue. The night starts at the official check-in venue, where you’ll show your ticket and receive your wristband. From there, you can follow the route, enjoy the participating stops, and end the night at the final party with the rest of the crowd.

21+ EVENT / GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID REQUIRED

• Check In At The First Stop On Time: Have your Eventbrite Tickets ready during the designated time at the scheduled venues before 10:00PM. Latecomers won’t be accommodated – no tickets, no wristband.
• Note Club Schedule: Each venue's scheduled times are listed in the "DIGITAL BAR LIST." Wristband Passes (for entry) and any applicable drink specials apply only during these times.
• Day-Of Check: Review the "DIGITAL CRAWL MAP" on the event morning for any last-minute details or venue changes.

• Age Requirement: You must be 21+ years of age with a valid government-issued ID to participate in this event. No exceptions.
• Wristband Pass: Your Wristband Pass is your key to entry. You must present your ticket or QR code at check-in to receive your Wristband Pass and qualify for entry and drink specials. Your Wristband Pass must be worn at all times during the crawl to access participating bars and venues. No Wristband Pass, no entry.
• Ticket Policy: All sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. In case of event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a refund (excluding fees) will be automatically issued. Event lineup, venues, and specials are subject to change without notice.
• Responsible Drinking: Please drink responsibly. We promote a safe, fun environment, but remember, no one should drink and drive. Use designated drivers or rideshare services. Participating venues reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any attendee based on intoxication or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be given if you are denied entry for any of these reasons.
• Capacity and Late Entry: Some venues may hit capacity during the event. If a venue reaches capacity or you arrive late, you may have to wait in line to gain entry. There is no guarantee of immediate access or entry to any specific venue once capacity is reached, and no refunds will be provided due to waiting times or access issues.
• Respect & Conduct: Treat others and the event venues with respect. Disorderly conduct, inappropriate behaviour, or damage to the venues will result in removal from the event without a refund. The participating bars reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour at any time.
• Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket and participating in the crawl, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk. The event organizer, its affiliates, venues, staff, and partners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, death, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
• Event Changes: Bars and venues may change, but the event will continue rain or shine. Be sure to check your email for any last-minute updates.
