Philadelphia ARW Food & Music Festival - Celebrate community, culture and small business - excited to create a place for community engagement, entertainment and culture. EAT, SHOP, DANCE, CONNECT.

This festival is part of the Philadelphia African Restaurant Week going from June 19 - 29 (celebrating African, African-American and Caribbean restaurants in Philadelphia).
